About us

Josh Nuspan

Exercise Physiologist

Josh has held an interest in sport all his life, coming from a European family with a football background. Soccer has been his sport since the age of 5, and he has played at a semi-pro level. He is still active in playing on the GC. Josh also has a great interest in golf and running. He tries to incorporate his knowledge of the demands and capabilities of these sports into his prescriptions, forming the fundamental basis for assessing and modifying movement patterns for prevention, management, and rehabilitation.

Josh has always been interested in the human body, its processes, and how it mechanically functions on a day-to-day basis. This interest led him to finish both his under-grad and post-grad studies.

Josh’s dedication to enhancing human performance goes beyond his professional journey – it’s a personal mission that’s ingrained in his lifestyle. He’s a firm believer in practicing what he preaches, often pushing his own physical boundaries to better understand the challenges his clients might face. This hands-on approach not only keeps him connected to the realities of fitness journeys but also serves as an inspiration to those he guides. By leading by example, Josh instills a sense of authenticity and credibility in his coaching, fostering a stronger connection with his clients and creating a shared commitment to achieving success.

His expertise lies in conducting comprehensive fitness assessments, analysing physiological data, and translating findings into personalised exercise prescriptions. By collaborating closely with clients, he ensures their goals, whether it’s weight loss, athletic conditioning, or rehabilitation, are met effectively and safely. He has a proven track record of helping diverse populations, including athletes, seniors, and individuals with chronic conditions, achieve remarkable results.

Across a wide spectrum of individuals, from professional athletes seeking performance gains, to seniors striving for increased mobility and vitality, to those managing chronic conditions such as diabetes or hypertension, Josh has consistently delivered transformative outcomes. Through a combination of evidence-based methodologies and a deep understanding of human physiology, he has empowered his clients to achieve milestones that were once thought unattainable.

Beyond his technical expertise, Josh is known for his compassionate and motivational approach.
