Zac’s journey began at a very young age, growing up being very physically active playing all forms of sport. Zac was undecided on what career path to go down, but he knew he loved to exercise and wanted to help others in some way or another so decided to study a Bachelor of Exercise Science. Towards the end of this degree Zac was lucky enough have a placement at Atkins Health as a student and that was where he completely fell in love with everything about Exercise Physiology, and being able to utilise exercise to help others. Zac then further progressed on to complete a Graduate Diploma of Exercise Physiology to officially become an Exercise Physiologist.
Zac takes great pride in working with all individuals and their conditions, however has a specific passion for working with individuals with neurological conditions, osteoporosis and musculoskeletal injuries. Zac prides himself on his abilities to build meaningful relationships with all his clients, and assisting others to achieve their goals by incorporating physical activity into their life.
