Zac is an exercise physiologist with a strong drive to help others reach their desired goals and demonstrates enthusiasm when improving the quality of life and health of all ages. He is driven to help those living with disabilities and promote disease prevention by revolutionising the way we use exercise.

Being a recent graduate of the Masters of clinical Exercise Physiology class of 2023, he is driven and passionate about this profession as a whole and strives to help others achieve their goals, whether it be taking a step or running a marathon everyone has their battles and he will support those who need it to the best of his ability.  

Helping others grow is what drives Zac through his journey as an exercise physiologist. There is no better feeling then seeing others reach the goals they set out to achieve and putting that newfound strength, motivation, or technique to use.  

Zac takes pride in his multifaceted approach to health, his interests include:

healthy ageing, disease prevention, mental health disorders such as anxiety and depression, neurological disorders such as cerebral palsy and Parkinson’s, and interests in hydrotherapy and more. The interests that Zac has within these areas all stem from his calm and approachable attitude, willingness to learn (as everyone’s situation is different) and passion for helping others.

  • Online board, and card games
  • Drone piloting
  • Trying new technology
  • Rugby league
  • Running
