About us

Hannah Stacey

Exercise Physiologist
Hannah Stacey

Hannah has always had a love for health and fitness, studying Exercise and Sport Sciences while working as a personal trainer and group instructor. After finishing her studies, she ventured to London to work as a personal trainer for two years. Through this experience she found her passion for women’s health, which inspired her to go back to university and complete her Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology.

The gratitude Hannah gains through connecting with people and helping them to achieve their personal health and fitness goals is why she became an Exercise Physiologist. She believes it’s important to feel good from the inside out. Hannah believes in providing her clients with an environment where they feel comfortable supported.

She enjoys educating her clients on the benefits of exercise, and seeing her clients push beyond what they considered to be their boundaries. Hannah is passionate about understanding her client’s conditions and needs in order to have a positive influence on their overall health and wellbeing.

Hannah has a special interest in women’s health and is a certified pre and post-natal coach. She is also a lead instructor for our clinical reformer Pilates classes and runs one of our weekly osteoporosis classes at the Gold Coast Performance Centre too, which she looks forward to each week. Request Hannah to conduct your next Fall Risk Assessment.

Hannah practices at our Runaway Bay and Canungra clinics, also delivering private individual sessions, plus is available for telehealth appointments.
