About us

Bella Faranda

Exercise Physiologist
Bella-Faranda

Bella is extremely passionate about helping people improve their mental health and physical well-being through the reformative power of exercise. She enjoys creating and implementing tailored programs that reflect client goals, consider realistic expectations, and are genuinely enjoyable.

Having previously worked as a Sports Trainer for QAFL and coached as a certified CrossFit trainer, Bella’s sporting background has given her a unique perspective to approaching sporting injuries and rehabilitation. She understands how crucial playing sports or training can be for an individual’s identity and strives to help them recover and return to doing what they love.

Bella has an evolving interest in woman’s health, mental health and musculoskeletal conditions and injuries.

She particularly enjoys introducing physical activity to those who may have never exercised before.

Bella understands that not one exercise modality suits all and strives to find enjoyable ways for people to move their bodies (dance party anyone?).

Ultimately, Bella is an advocate for movement as medicine, and aims to provide gold-standard, quality care for all clients.
