Paige Radford

Exercise Physiologist
Paige-Radford

Paige is one of our Exercise Physiologists based full-time at our Runaway Bay clinic, where she works five days a week delivering individualised rehabilitation and group-based services. She leads our Back Pain Program and helps deliver our Osteoporosis Classes, and Squad Atkins strength and conditioning sessions. She also enjoys working with her private and DVA clients.

Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, Paige completed her studies in Sports Science and Biokinetics before moving to Australia in 2020. Her experience across personal training, group fitness, gym management, and exercise rehabilitation has shaped her practical, client-focused approach to helping clients improve strength, confidence, and everyday function.

Paige has particular interest in lower back pain, injury rehabilitation, clinical reformer Pilates, osteoporosis and bone loading, and women’s health across the lifespan.

She focuses on identifying the underlying drivers of discomfort/pain and provides clear, structured programs that support safe and sustainable progress. Her calm and supportive nature ensures clients feel comfortable and confident throughout their sessions.

Outside of the clinic, Paige enjoys being outdoors and surfing, and continuing to expand her skills as both a clinician and a coach.
