An initial 45 minute assessment with one of our practitioners is required for us to understand your current health status, lifestyle and goals.
We will design a customised program specifically for you to follow to reach your goals, be that at one of our gym-based clinics, at home, or through telehealth coaching.
We conduct six-weekly assessments to ensure that we review your achievements against your goals, and reset requirements for the next period.

You can book most services directly without a referral. However, Medicare, DVA, WorkCover and some NDIS or insurance-funded programs may require a GP or specialist referral. Our admin team can help you understand what is needed.
Many of our services can be accessed under Medicare Chronic Disease Management plans, DVA, NDIS, WorkCover and private health insurance, depending on your eligibility and level of cover. We can help you navigate the funding options available to you.
Yes. In addition to individual appointments, we run structured programs such as PD Revolution, Active Alzheimer’s, Bone Society, veterans’ rehabilitation and back pain programs, along with small-group exercise sessions and personal training.
Yes. Our clinicians regularly collaborate across disciplines to provide coordinated care. For example, a physiotherapist may work alongside an Exercise Physiologist and Dietitian to support more complex conditions and long-term health outcomes.
