I started studying nutrition…


because I have always been fascinated by (and loved) food! Along the way, I’ve developed a few key passions. 1 - The Non-Diet Approach, and 2 - Sports Nutrition. Two vastly different concepts, but I have a deep appreciation for both and work from a space of understanding and appreciating the many different roles food plays in people’s lives. 

I love helping people to turn down the notch on LOUD diet culture voices, and helping people to develop peace with food by learning how to tune into, listen and respond to body cues. When it comes to sport nutrition, I love teaching people how to properly fuel their bodies for optimal performance, training and recovery, whether for recreational or elite athletes. 

I really believe establishing a healthy relationship with food and our bodies, first and foremost, is key to sustainable change and living.
